SRT Motorcycles Ltd will contact you by email as soon as your order is confirmed. You will receive a PDF invoice with details of your order and a link to our Terms of Service for your records.
If you notice any errors in the invoice, need to change or cancel your order please do so immediately – once payment has been received we will process your order and have it ready for the next dispatch opportunity. Cancelling after the point of dispatch will incur return postage costs – please refer to our Returns Policy.
We aim to deliver within 1-3 days depending upon the delivery method selected.
We will use the most economical and reliable courier services available to get your order to you safely and efficiently and for a reasonable price.
Free UK Postage
SRT offer FREE postage on all orders over £250.
Helmets
For helmets we recommend personal collection in-store. We cannot be held responsible for any invisible but critical damage to the shell which may occur during transit.
