SRT Motorcycles Returns Policy

In accordance with your statutory rights SRT Motorcycles Ltd offer a “no quibble” returns policy if goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt – excluding helmets* and undergarments**.

Please contact us by email or phone before returning your goods, quoting your order and invoice number.

The customer is responsible for returning goods together with their
original packaging where applicable and for the cost of returning goods.

SRT Motorcycles Ltd will refund the debited account the full cost of goods minus the cost of outward delivery where charged. We will normally refund your account immediately we receive your returned goods or within 21 days at the latest.

*Undergarments

SRT can only accept returns of undergarments and base layers in unopened and unworn condition. For defects and flaws noticed after you open manufacturer sealed packaging please refer to terms and guidance offered in the manufacturer’s warranty documentation.

**Helmets

SRT cannot accept any returns on helmets after they have left the shop, however for manufacturing defects and flaws please refer to terms and guidance offered in the manufacturer’s warranty documentation.
